Notice of Suspension and Delay of International Mailing of Journals

Due to the global spread of the new coronavirus infection, many countries and regions are suspending the acceptance of international mail, and due to the disruption of transportation routes due to the significant reduction of flights to and from Japan, Japan Post has temporarily suspended the acceptance of some international mail from April 2 for the time being. Main target mailings are EMS mail, air or SAL parcels and regular mail.
As of this date, EMS and aviation acceptance has been suspended in 146 countries and territories, including the United States. In addition, 50 countries and regions, including China, have suspended all mail underwriting.
Therefore, we are currently unable to send the journal to overseas countries. As soon as the situation recovers, we will inform you again and send out the journal. Thank you very much for your understanding.
